RPA Weekly Recap | April 3, 2023 ARKANSAS STRONG | RECOVERING FROM FRIDAY'S STORMS This past Friday, March 31st, the Little Rock metro area and Wynne, AR were blasted by an EF-3 tornado. Unfortunately, five Arkansans lost their lives. Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders, pictured above touring the devastation, has declared a State of Emergency.
