The last few weeks have been tough for Durham. We at PA are busy fighting
for Progressive Budget priorities <[link removed]> but we
are also looking ahead to upcoming elections. We see you as a supporter of
PA and hope you will consider joining as a member.

Under the leadership of the Mayor, our City Council members make important
decisions that guide the course for Durham. *In November we will be asked
to vote for the three at-large seats on Council and the Mayor*. The PA PAC
will hold a late August endorsement meeting and then PA will work to
support voting and the endorsed candidates.

As a future PA member, we welcome your help in deciding who to endorse and
support for these seats. *Please consider joining as a member now so you
will be eligible to attend and vote at that meeting. *There are several
ways to join which are detailed here
<[link removed]>. The deadline to join as a
NEW member and be able to vote is early June.
