We are fighting for our future

Progressives are under attack from the right because Americans know progressive policies will help their lives.

Progressives declared victory in the midterms and have helped to elect local, state and national candidates. Progressive candidates won their elections and we endorsed candidates that ran on an explicitly progressive platform. We believe their agenda was the real winner.

Corporate interests, SuperPACs, Special Interest Groups and the GOP are feeling threatened by Progressives as 37 of the last 57 incoming House members support Medicare for all, expanding Social Security, and other Progressive-policy options. That’s 65 percent of the incoming freshman class. Plus, raising the minimum wage in traditionally red states, Missouri and Arkansas, was approved; and the expansion of Medicaid was approved in Utah, Idaho and Nebraska.

That’s why why we endorsed Bernie Sanders for President, Morgan Harper, Nikki Foster, Ro Khanna, Joaquin Vazquez and Marie Newman for Congress, and other Progressive candidates that are standing up for progressive values.

The Progressive Party won’t stop fighting to bring public opinion to the forefront, as it is now buried by ill-chosen President Donald Trump and the corrupt GOP influenced by “money is speech”.
