What you need to know: In 2022 the Republican National Committee ran the largest ever election integrity operation to Protect Your Vote. Over 80,000 Republicans served as poll watchers and poll workers. Our work to Protect The Vote will be supercharged in 2024 with an even larger team of grassroots leaders and more key lawsuits. Looking to the 2024 election, Chairwoman Ronna McDaniel and the Republican National Committee (RNC) is launching "Bank Your Vote," a nationwide campaign focused on supercharging our efforts to bank as many pre-Election Day votes as possible, along with our co-chairs Sen. Bill Hagerty and Rep. Byron Donalds and our partners at the NRSC and NRCC. The Bank Your Vote campaign will encourage, educate, and activate Republican voters on when, where, and how to lock in their votes as early as possible, through: In Person early voting; Absentee voting; Ballot harvesting where legal. The RNC is launching an online information hub to educate and activate voters prior to Election Day. BankYourVote.com will encourage voters to pledge to “bank” their vote, which will activate digital reminders from the RNC on all applicable pre-Election Day voting options. Moving towards the 2024 election, the RNC will partner with state parties and campaigns to create pages outlining pre-Election Day voting processes for the 56 states and territories with links to state government sites where voters can request their ballot directly. The benefits of our supporters voting early: Pre-Election Day Voting guarantees our supporters cast ballots. Things happen. Schedules get busy. We need even our most reliable voters to vote before Election Day. We would see a substantial increase in total votes even if the voters who are most reliable were to cast votes before Election Day. Pre-Election Day Voting saves our candidate's funds. The longer it takes a voter to cast their vote, the more it costs the republican ecosystem in valuable resources. When voters vote before Election Day, they are removed from our voter contact universes. When a voter banks their vote early, we can spend more of our resources on turning out low propensity voters. Pre-Election Day Voting gives our candidates better visibility into the state of the race. Voters casting ballots early are recorded by the state or county Board of Election, and that data is made available to the public, state and county parties, and campaigns.
