LGBTQ non-discrimination in PA is long overdue!
Friend –
Last month, the Pennsylvania House passed the PA Fairness Act, a law that would prohibit discrimination based on gender identity and sexual orientation. Pennsylvania is the only state in the northeast that does not have a non-discrimination act to protect LGBTQ people.
The bill is now in the state Senate.
On Wednesday, June 21, join the ACLU of Pennsylvania and other advocacy organizations, community leaders, and LGBTQ supporters and allies to lobby the Pennsylvania Senate and demand that they pass the PA Fairness Act now. <[link removed]>
