Happy Pride Month!

This month, we celebrate the LGBTQ+ community and recognize the steps we’ve taken towards ensuring equality for everyone.

We’ve taken steps to protect marriage equality and prohibit discrimination for the LGTBQ+ community, but there is still much to be done.

The fight for equality is far from over, and there are still many terrible challenges that members of the LGBTQ+ community face every day. We must stand together and remain committed to fighting for the rights of all members of the LGBTQ+ community, until every American can live their life free of discrimination and hatred.

As a member of the Congressional Equality Caucus, I am hopeful that we can continue working to build a more inclusive society.
