The Affordable Care Act (ACA) was a turning point for our country — expanding affordable healthcare access and lowering the uninsured rate to a record low. And last year, under President Joe Biden, we passed legislation to make healthcare coverage even more affordable for Americans!

I proudly supported the American Rescue Plan (ARP) and the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) last year, allowing nearly six million new people to enroll in marketplace coverage during 2021 and 2022. This year in PA-03, an estimated 24,000 people enrolled in marketplace health insurance coverage through the ACA, and because of the IRA, the average Philadelphia enrollee will save $1040 in premiums this year!
