House Republicans are not letting up on their attacks against Social Security and Medicare. They just announced a closed-door commission designed to slash Americans’ earned benefits and have voted to cut Social Security administration funding by 30%. These are dangerous measures that could prove disastrous if we aren’t prepared for 2024.
