This month, in these two states, TWO COURTS, one regular and one SUPREME have just ruled that it’s totally fine for them to force doctors to let people who need emergency abortions die in the ER.
[[link removed]] In Texas, the Fifth Circuit cleared the path for Texas to handcuff ER doctors, and in Idaho, SCOTUS aka the Big Court Kahuna just literally ruled it’s cool if Idaho ignores your medical emergency while we all wait TIL APRIL for them to rule on whether or not letting people die is in the constitution.
I mean, first, they gotta rule if a sitting president is constitutionally covered to murder his foes, so April is the earliest they can get to it. Amirite?

Lauren Miller, one of the TWENTY-TWO (22) women suing the state of Texas for being denied life-saving abortion care joins Moji and Dooks to share her personal story.
