SCOTUS Watch isn’t over though; we’re keeping our eyes peeled for the next huge abortion decision, looking at whether ER doctors can perform abortions in states with total bans. Yikes, this is what it has come to.

The Amarillo City Council voted against becoming a “Sanctuary City for the Unborn” [[link removed]] , which would have forbidden the use of the city’s roads and highways to seek an abortion out of state. It’s a low bar, to be fair, but we’ll take the win.
THE BAD: TENNESSEE WANTS KIDS HAVING KIDS
Once you’ve eliminated all legal abortion access in your state, what’s next? Criminalizing anyone who helps a minor access abortion care [[link removed]] EVEN IF IT’S IN ANOTHER STATE! Guaranteed everyone who voted for this was the narc that called the cops on your party in high school. Bet.
