Campaigns are faced with the challenge of engaging voters who have become harder to reach as their media consumption behaviors continue to evolve. In order to capture how voter perceptions of political advertising channels have shifted, we conducted post‑election voter surveys as well as in-depth interviews and surveys with consultants following the 2023 elections.
By leveraging the unique relationship voters have with direct mail, campaigns can solve this challenge through tailoring, timing, and targeting.
