Help Labour learn and improve on the campaign trail
John xxxxxx,
Labour’s landslide election victory was powered by members and supporters.
The effort of our volunteers meant we were able to have over three and a half
million conversations. In addition, individual donations from more than 100,000
members and supporters enabled us to run the best funded campaign in our
history.
So, thank you for responding so positively to the many financial asks from
myself and others. It really made a difference.
And just as we learnt from our defeat in 2019, we are committed to learn from
our victory in 2024.
Future success depends on how we continue to build our Party, involve our
members and volunteers, and develop our campaigning capabilities.

Your honest views about what worked and what didn’t, together with your ideas
for how we change for the future will be invaluable.
There is yet to be a perfect campaign - we must strive to get better every time.
I look forward to reading your responses and working with you as we prepare for
a bright future.
David Evans
General Secretary
