As a leading candidate for mayor, I was recently interviewed on KQED [[link removed]] , where I talked about my plans to solve street homelessness by the end of my first term, my commitment to bringing accountability back to the mayor’s office, and and how my working class, immigrant roots drive my mission to make this city work better for all working families.

San Francisco is currently really two cities–one that has the most billionaires per capita of any city in America, and the other, a city of extreme poverty and low-income families. Too often today, the voice of those hardworking families are missing in City Hall.
We’re not going to change San Francisco by electing another career politician who got us into this mess in the first place, or by electing a candidate who is more focused on doing the bidding of their billionaire backers than the hard work to help everyday San Franciscans.
My experience and my approach makes me uniquely prepared to address the multiple crises facing our city at this critical moment, and to lead us forward to a future where there is a place for all of us in San Francisco—a city of hope, diversity, and resilience, where everyone has the opportunity to thrive.
Please check out my interview on KQED and share it with your friends and family. [[link removed]]
