Planned Parenthood bragging about offering free abortions, vasectomies, and other services at the DNC has disgusted Americans on both sides of the abortion debate.

It might also have been a blatant violation of its tax-exempt status.

As a nonprofit organization that receives $700 million of taxpayer funding every year, TAX FREE, Planned Parenthood isn't allowed to pick sides, pick candidates and advertise providing lucrative gifts to its favored political party, candidates, and supporters.

That's why the 40 Days for Life Institute of Law & Justice filed formal complaints asking the IRS to assess whether Planned Parenthood violated its 501(c)(3) tax status.
