Last month we updated you on Governor Josh Green's successful efforts to move more than 99% of families displaced by last year’s fires on Maui into long-term housing, build 1,044 units of transitional housing to meet the community’s temporary housing needs, and begin building an additional 810 new units of permanent housing across four projects.

We have kept you informed on Governor Green’s work to reduce carbon emissions in Hawaii, combat climate change, and protect our environment.

We also shared the news that Josh signed into law the largest income tax cut for Hawaii families in the state's history, and delivered the most significant housing regulatory and zoning reform in over 40 years. [link removed] [[link removed]]
Since taking office, Josh has signed new laws to strengthen gun safety, protect women’s reproductive healthcare rights, and make government more transparent and accountable.
