We start this campaign off BIG--4 New York Planned Parenthoods are CLOSING for good!

God uses 40 Days for Life to END abortion in the most hostile places because nothing is more powerful than prayer and fasting.

Pro-lifers in Goshen, New York, held their first 40 Days for Life vigil in front of the local Planned Parenthood abortion facility back in 2010.

It looks like this autumn's campaign will be their last one there.

FIFTEEN years and THIRTY 40 Days for Life campaigns later, Planned Parenthood will close the facility--along with three others throughout the Empire State--this fall!

Planned Parenthood of Greater New York blamed a variety of factors for the closures, including "a hostile political landscape" in New York!

If you get your news from the mainstream media, the post-Roe narrative is that abortion is more popular than ever...

Houston, Texas

With unborn babies protected by law in the Lone Star State, how long can the Planned Parenthood mega-facility in Houston afford to stay open?

Richard recalled standing vigil at 5:00 p.m.--after the facility was closed for the day. Tired and questioning whether praying in front of a closed abortion business really makes a difference, he considered leaving his shift early before deciding to stick it out.

A few minutes later, a young woman approached him to ask whether the abortion facility was closed. "Yes," Richard responded. "But if you were looking for help, [we can provide] free pregnancy testing, a free ultrasound, free counseling, and more."

The woman took Richard up on his offer. "I felt so happy," he said. "God...showed me to never give up and always be faithful."

Phoenix, Arizona

There are few sights more powerful than clergy praying at a 40 Days for Life vigil. In fact, campaign leaders report that when clergy members show up on the sidewalk, they save more babies!

In Phoenix, future clergy are getting ready to head out to pray for an end to abortion.

"Our newest seminarians in their 40 Days for Life shirts," reported longtime Phoenix campaign co-leader Ellen. "Coming to the sidewalk at Family Planning Associates soon."

God, we ask you to be with every expectant mother. Give them the courage of Mary to say yes to your divine will, even in the most unexpected circumstances. Help us to notice women in need and embrace every mother facing an unplanned pregnancy. Amen.
