The past few months have been challenging for all of us. Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, though, we've seen that when we come together, we can respond and recover.

We started A Stronger Louisiana with the mission to hold our leaders accountable and ensure they put the interests of the people first. That mission only became more important during COVID-19. We came together to raise money for families who have been hit hard by the pandemic. We also came together to demand our lawmakers do the right thing, whether that was supporting safer voting practices or standing with the governor for a united pandemic response plan.

We've sent thousands of messages to lawmakers from supporters all across our state. We've made an impact. But, all of this takes resources. If we're going to continue to grow our supporters and execute our mission, we need your support today more than ever.

There's still so much work to do, friends. There are still many priority issues we need to rally behind. We need to ensure that our continued response to COVID-19 is effective and that our recovery plans help those who have been impacted the worst. We need to continue to fight for things like equal pay and a higher minimum wage. And we still must work together to protect our state's environment.

When we started this organization at the beginning of the year, we could never have imagined this moment we would find ourselves in. But this moment has only reminded us that working together is how we get things done, both big and small. So let's keep the work going.
