Did you know that in 2023, one of the closest elections in the Commonwealth was decided by only 183 votes?

Virginia’s 41st House District was considered “unwinnable” for Democrats, but Lily Franklin came only 183 votes short of flipping it blue. Now, she’s running again – and this time, we’re going to make sure she wins it.

If Lily wins we’d flip a seat in the chamber – which don’t get me wrong, is great. But it’s not all that this race is about.

It’s about making sure that Virginians in Richmond are supported. It’s about building a brighter future for working families – helping them deal with rising costs, giving them the aid they need to buy or rent a home, protecting reproductive health care so folks can safely start and raise a family, and making sure our kids can get a great education.

Lily is a true champion for Virginians and I have no doubt that she will work tirelessly to move the Commonwealth forward and stand on the right side of progress.
