I wanted to send a short message to say thank you for all your hard work this election cycle. We put together an incredible grassroots movement. With your help, we reached thousands of voters across Colorado and the country, spreading the word about the candidates and causes that are important to continuing the advocacy we do for hard working folks like yourself. I won’t lie: the election results were disappointing. But we can’t love our country only when we win. The peaceful transition of power is the cornerstone of our democracy, and we’ll respect the results of free and fair elections. I am deeply grateful to Vice President Harris for running an incredible campaign and would like to commend my colleagues — Sherrod Brown, Bob Casey, and Jon Tester — for their steadfast dedication and determination to their states and our nation. They will be greatly missed in the Senate. In the 119th Congress, we’ll continue fighting for Colorado and the issues that are too important to give up on. Issues like the right to choose, making healthcare affordable, lowering costs for working families, fighting for our public lands, and protecting Social Security and Medicare. The fight won’t be easy, but we’re committed to putting in the work for the people of Colorado. So thank you for your support this election cycle. I know that together, we are ready to take on whatever challenges we will face next. - John
