Democracy Docket: Trump’s Agenda 47 — What It Means for Democracy [[link removed]]
Listen, John, we know that the election's over. But post-election polling has consistently shown two things: That people voted to show their displeasure economically, and that voters don't truly know what is in the agendas put forward by the candidate that won .
That's why we keep spreading the word about Project 2025 -- the extremist Heritage Foundation's plan to reshape America, especially after Project 2025's authors have been given prominent positions in the upcoming administration -- and "Agenda 47" -- which is a close parallel that Trump's campaign used as their blueprint for the future.
Both plans are a danger to our democracy. We need your help to spread the word.
Even without an election on the horizon, John, we've got to make sure people know what's at stake and what bills and initiatives may be coming that will impact their ability to vote. Chip in $25 or whatever you can today and help us spread the word about these dangers to our democracy >> [[link removed]]

One of the central tenets of Trump’s Agenda 47 is securing the nation’s elections: “ We will implement measures to secure our Elections, including Voter ID, highly sophisticated paper ballots, proof of Citizenship, and same day Voting. We will not allow the Democrats to give Voting Rights to illegal Aliens ,” the agenda says.
Let's be clear -- no one is advocating for illegal aliens to vote. Voter ID has been proven again and again to be a suppressive deterrent to voting in multiple studies. Non-citizen voting has been against the law for decades, and despite the millions of taxpayer dollars that have been spent searching for voter fraud, very few problems have been found -- 20 formerly incarcerated voters who voted in 2020 when they weren't yet eligible to vote again in Florida, for example, or the Trump voter who filled out his deceased mother's mail-in-ballot in Pennsylvania.
But those 20 votes didn't change anything among Florida's 13 million eligible voters, nor did that one ballot have an impact with Pennsylvania's 9 million voters. And none of the issues found in these elections showed any non-citizen voting. This is an entire agenda concocted to control our elections and codify their power for the future , not to address any real problems.
Fuel our efforts to spread the word and inform voters with $25 or however much you can right now as we work to protect our right to vote in state legislatures and Congress for 2025 and beyond >> [[link removed]]

Integrity First Voter Action Project is dedicated to expanding ballot access and increasing voter participation across the country.
Since the Supreme Court gutted key provisions in the Voting Rights Act, extreme politicians have taken advantage to pass harsh laws that restrict access to the ballot box. These restrictions particularly affect disadvantaged communities and people of color. It’s our goal to bring awareness to these laws wherever they may crop up and organize voters to take action to ensure the right to vote is available to everyone in their states and communities.
