2024 Executive Year-End Report
|
With an unwavering commitment to protecting our Constitutional Republic, our members active across 98% of U.S. counties—are reshaping policies from national security and election integrity to educational reform and economic freedoms. This year, with our transformative digital outreach, we’ve seen the impact of grassroots power on an incredible scale.
Massive Organization with Measurable Results:
ACT For America's grassroots influence has resulted in the passage of 270 bills on the Federal and State levels, making it one of America's most influential conservative movements today.
Act for America has transformed grassroots activism by turning every constituent into a lobbyist impacting policy. Through streamlined digital outreach and impactful calls to action, we’ve built a movement capable of addressing national and state priorities on a massive scale. We are the community organizers on the Right, mobilizing the nation one neighborhood at a time.
Beyond policy, ACT For America has been working hard leading up to the 2024 presidential election:

- We mobilized our massive grassroots army of over 5 million people across 3075 counties in the US to ensure a massive turnout for the Presidential Election.
- We reached hundreds of millions in our faith voter and working-class voter turnout campaign efforts.
- Over 10,000 of our members volunteered and worked as poll workers, poll watchers, election monitors, and precinct leaders.
- We created ACTVOTE.ORG, a secure hub for conservative voters to register, check registration status, and find early voting locations. This hub has served hundreds of thousands.

Expanding Influence-Delivering Unprecedented Results:
In 2024, Act for America members hit 237 million direct contacts with their elected officials. National Security, as our top priority, has expanded to address vital gaps in election security, education, and constitutional freedoms.
Our work on election security has transformed our elections. Our members made 43 million direct contacts with their lawmakers, demanding voter ID laws, a voting machine ban, paper ballots, voter roll maintenance, and much more.
This year, one of our major projects was cleaning voter rolls, especially removing non-citizens. Americans for Clean Voter Rolls Campaign resulted in 3.8 million calls and emails to lawmakers demanding states clean their voter rolls, impacting enforcement policy in multiple states:

- Texas removed 1.1 million ineligible voters, including over 1,930 non-citizens who had previously voted.
- Virginia, Ohio, North Carolina, Oklahoma, and Alabama each removed thousands of ineligible voters.

Since the 2020 election, our highest priority has been election security. We’ve successfully helped pass 84 bills in 31 states!

We’ve passed thirteen bills this year, including Arizona HB 2785 - Indiana HB 1264 - Tennessee SB 1967 - Alabama SB1 - Virginia HB441 - Virginia SB605 - Idaho HO599 - Mississippi SB2576 - Tennessee SB2118 - West Virginia SB624 - Georgia SB222 - Georgia SB189 - Tennessee SB 2586.
Zuckerbucks and private funding of elections continue to be our most outstanding achievement, with 27 states passing a ban, including a Dropbox ban or improved security!
Act for America is more than a platform; it’s a promise. By giving every American a way to hold their government accountable, we’re building a true representative republic—one where the will of the people is front and center, just as our founding fathers intended.
In the coming year, we will work closely with President Trump, helping him and his administration pressure Congress and decision-makers to support his agenda and reverse the damage that the Left has inflicted on our country.
