Hi team,
It’s undeniable that the implications of Project 2025, an extremist agenda that will undercut our environmental safeguards to profit corporate polluters, are now imminent under a Trump administration.
Project 2025 will transform government agencies like the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) into empty shells that align with polluters rather than hold them accountable. If we allow it to fully take hold unchecked, the consequences to our environment and pursuit of climate justice will be disastrous.
One of the key authors of Project 2025 is a vocal supporter of Trump’s pick to lead the EPA, Lee Zeldin. We can’t allow him to strip power from this vital government agency.
Will you sign our petition urging Congress to do everything in their power to protect the EPA in the face of Project 2025?

The EPA has real, tangible impacts on our day-to-day lives, team. Americans rely on the agency to ensure we have clean air, safe drinking water, and protection from toxic pollution. Communities nationwide will feel the devastating impact of an EPA stripped of its power to regulate and protect against environmental harms—especially frontline communities who are always hit worst by climate disasters and pollution.
And it’s not just the EPA that’s on the line. These are just a few of the most dangerous implications of Project 2025 for the climate movement:
It provides even bigger tax loopholes and giveaways to Big Oil
It ends protections for public lands and giving them away for drilling
It guts clean energy and incentives to help working families save on energy bills while increasing fossil fuel production
For months, we’ve talked about Project 2025 as a terrifying possibility—and now the reality is here. We can’t stand by while we lose protections and undo so much of the recent progress made toward a sustainable future rooted in climate justice.
With the changes laid out in Project 2025, the EPA will soon become unrecognizable. Sign our petition telling Congress to prevent major rollbacks on climate.
