Dear JohnSocial media: follow us to be connected to an exciting movement

Earlier this autumn, Church Action on Poverty decided that we will no longer be using X/Twitter. X was involved in promoting lies that sparked and sustained racist riots across the UK, and we don't feel it's compatible with our values to continue using the platform.

You can still find us on Facebook, Instagram and now Bluesky. We use our social media presence to share inspiring stories from the many partners we work with. So following us on social media is a great way to feel connected to a growing movement of people, churches and charities working to end UK poverty.

If you're not already doing so, click a link below to follow us now! And please tell your friends too.

(And don't worry if you don't use social media - email is still a great way to get regular updates from us.)

Best wishes

Liam Purcell, Church Action on Poverty
