According to reports, Eva’s opponent — the incumbent in this race — has booked $10,588 in ad time for May alone.

And that’s not counting the countless free press he will get from mainstream outlets and news that favor him or the many dark money groups campaigning “independently” on his behalf.

He knows he has a strong primary challenge in Eva, which is why he’s dropping this kind of money on ads early on.

We need to be able to counter these ads, which is why we’re creating a fund specifically for it. Our goal? $10,588. Chip in $20 or more now to help us even the scales. [[link removed]]

We’ve always known that we would have our back up against the wall in this race. Our opponent has taken almost half a million dollars from corporations and special interests.

He’s also one of the favorites over at the DCCC — the establishment Democrats of Congress who will stop at nothing to keep this seat not for the people, but for the corporations who fund their campaigns.

If we’re going to counter what he’s putting out now, we need to hit this goal.
