This Thanksgiving, I’m reminded of just how much we’ve been through this year—and how much more there is to fight for. In times like these, the things that matter most—the people who inspire us, the communities that lift us up, and the work that drives us forward—shine even brighter.
I feel an incredible sense of purpose knowing that, together, we’re standing up for Texas families—fighting to protect reproductive rights, defending access to quality public education, and ensuring every Texan has the opportunity to thrive. Whether it’s pushing back against attacks on our democracy, standing up for fair wages, or making sure every vote counts, your dedication and passion are what make this work possible. Your willingness to roll up your sleeves—whether by volunteering, voting, or speaking out—gives me the hope and strength to keep pushing forward.
So as we gather with our loved ones, let’s take a moment to reflect on what unites us, renew our commitment to the road ahead, and find strength in knowing that our best days are still to come.
