Grateful for Our Community

The Thanksgiving holiday is a time when family and friends come together to share community, food, and thanks. I hope you are fortunate to be surrounded by loved ones with enough food for all to enjoy.

True gratitude grounds a life in generosity. Appreciation for the good things in our lives recognizes that no one succeeds or gains happiness as a solitary being. Let's remember those who grow and harvest our food... and all who help us along the road of life. We can build a community where all are valued and have what they need to thrive... if we work to build it together.

Every act of kindness is an expression of thanksgiving. Spread Thanks!

DID YOU KNOW that turkeys Peach and Blossom received an official presidential pardon in a ceremony on the White House lawn on Nov. 25, 2024? Peach and Blossom will live out their natural lives as "agricultural ambassadors" at the agricultural interpretive center Farmamerica in Waseca, Minnesota.

With gratitude for all our blessings,
