*Governor Parson's Schedule for December 9-13, 2024 *
*(JEFFERSON CITY, MO)* – Next week, Governor Mike Parson will attend various meetings and events.
On *Monday*, *December** 9*, Governor Parson will travel to Osage Beach to participate in Missouri Farm Bureau's annual meeting. Governor Parson will then host a meet and greet with Billie Waite, a Department of Social Services (DSS) team member who has served Missourians for over 40 years.
Governor Parson will then host a meet and greet with Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) area supervisors. He will end the day attending the Hawthorn Foundation's Reception in Jefferson City.
On *Tuesday*, *December 10*, Governor Parson will travel to Rocheport to participate in the ribbon cutting for the new Rocheport Bridge. He will then travel to Kansas City for a tour of the University of Missouri-Kansas City campus. After the event, Governor Parson will hold a signing of his book ""No Turnin' Back"" on campus.
On *Wednesday*, *December 11*, Governor Parson will dedicate the 2024 Capitol Christmas Tree and present a proclamation declaring December 2024 as Christmas Tree Month in Missouri. He will then travel to Kansas City to join Edged Energy for a ribbon cutting of its new data center.
On *Thursday*, *December 12*, Governor Parson will meet with Greene County Sheriff Jim Arnott in his office.
On *Friday*, *December 13*, Governor Parson will travel to Springfield to attend Missouri State University's commencement ceremony and receive their Government Excellence Award.
