Democrat,
As the year comes to a close, it’s important to reflect on the tremendous strides we’ve made in voter outreach and engagement. Thanks to the dedication and energy of our volunteers and supporters, we have successfully laid the groundwork for a stronger, more engaged Democratic base in New Jersey.
Over the past few months, our voter outreach efforts have sparked essential conversations about policies, priorities, and Democratic values across the state. Through phone banking, we made over 120,000 calls to engage with voters, address their questions, and ensure their voices were heard. Our text banking teams were just as effective, sending out more than half a million (575,000) messages to mobilize voters, remind them of important deadlines, and inspire action.
These statistics represent more than just numbers—they represent moments of connection, understanding, and shared commitment to the values that unite us as Democrats. Each door knocked, each call made, and each text sent is a testament to the unwavering determination of our community to make a difference. Whether it was empowering first-time voters, engaging with historically underrepresented communities, or ensuring our supporters turned out on Election Day, your efforts have proven that grassroots organizing is the heart and soul of our party.
While we have accomplished so much, our work is far from over. The challenges we face as a nation require continuous effort, vigilance, and unity. As we look ahead, we are well aware there is always more to be done to expand our voter outreach and education, deepen our connections with our communities, and ensure that every New Jerseyan has an opportunity to participate in the democratic process and have their voice be heard.
As we prepare for the year ahead, let us remain optimistic and resolute. The progress we’ve made is proof of what we can achieve when we come together with purpose and passion. We’re grateful for your unwavering support, and we know that with your continued dedication, the best is yet to come in the New Year.
Let’s keep moving forward—together.

New Jersey has also taken a proactive approach to addressing security concerns regarding the emergence of unidentified drones. This past week, the New Jersey State Police co-hosted the inaugural meeting of a “drone working group” at Rutgers University, convened by the Miller Center for Policing and Community Resilience. This gathering brought together nearly 50 law enforcement professionals from across the Northeast and Canada to share information, explore counter-drone technologies, and discuss regulatory needs to address potential drone threats. With critical infrastructure and high-profile events like the 2026 FIFA World Cup on the horizon, the working group’s discussions highlight the importance of collaboration and preparedness in safeguarding our communities.

The Biden-Harris Administration has announced the cancellation of student debt for an additional 55,000 public service workers, bringing the total number of individuals who have received student debt relief under the Biden Harris Administration to nearly 5 million through various initiatives. The public servants benefiting from this debt cancellation include teachers, nurses, service members, law enforcement officers, and other dedicated individuals who have devoted their lives to serving their communities and are now receiving the relief they rightfully deserve under the law.

P.S. As we prepare to ring in the New Year, we wish you a season filled with gratitude, joy, and hope. May the days ahead bring peace, prosperity, and cherished moments with loved ones. Cheers to a brighter, fairer, future together!
