John, I couldn't end 2024 without reaching out to say:
There’s no way I could have taken on the fights I needed to this past year without the time, support and energy you’ve extended to me and my team.
Together we have given each other the courage to speak truth to power, to recognize our shared humanity, and fight for what our communities need. It’s this work that had The Hill name me a 2024 Changemaker.
I know it will be even more challenging in the next Trump administration, but I believe in our ability to build collective power to hold Republicans and Democrats accountable as we fight for what matters most to our communities: comprehensive immigration reform, housing justice, and support for our working families.
Our work is far from over, but I'm reaching out to ask for your continued support in 2025. Will you show your commitment to our mission with a quick donation toward the $5,722 we still need to meet our final End of Month Fundraising Goal of the year?

Thank you again, and see you next year!

Delia also serves as Co-Chair of the Strengthening Democracy Task Force, as well as Vice Chair of the Equal Rights Amendment Caucus. She is a fighter who is determined to deliver for her constituents, and is working everyday to achieve equitable distribution of resources for Illinois infrastructure, clean energy, transportation, housing, healthcare, and jobs. She also advocates for federal resources so that Illinois may continue to be a welcoming state for new arrivals and asylum seekers.
