To all Massachusetts Democrats, family, friends, and loved ones– Happy New Year! May this year bring you new adventures, time with those you care for most and the energy and determination to keep fighting the good fight.
I’m proud of what we accomplished as a community in 2024. We sent Senator Elizabeth Warren and our all-Democratic slate of Representatives back to Washington to keep fighting for MassDem values on Capitol Hill. We saw huge wins for Democratic State Legislators. We dispatched hundreds of volunteers to swing states to connect with voters, to resounding success. We came together, thousands strong, at our State Convention in June and then represented Massachusetts with pride at the Democratic National Convention in August. While the result of the national election was not what we all hoped for, when I look to this new year and the incoming administration, I am encouraged by the knowledge that Massachusetts Democrats will continue to be every bit as determined and driven to fight for what we believe in.
Like any other year, 2025 will bring its share of challenges and celebrations. We’ll mark them all with togetherness- uplifting one another through our shared fights and maintaining the values that drive us all. I am proud to be the Chair of such an incredible group of activists and I am confident that the year ahead will be our best year yet. |
