In 2024, you and your fellow supporters made so much incredible work possible in Glacier as we gave the park a record-breaking total of more than $3 million dollars!
 

Here's a recap of some of the project updates we've shared in 2024:
 

• Glacier's partners helped power ranger-led education throughout the park. 
• Kids ages 10-12 got the opportunity to capture and learn about Glacier through the Glacier in Focus program.
• We caught up with the Lead Interpretive Ranger for Glacier's Astronomy Program.
• The Citizen Science Program hosted the first Nocturnal Pollinator Bioblitz, aiming to uncover the diversity of moth species in the park.
• We spent a day in the life of one of Glacier's Bear Technicians, and learned about all the important work they do in the park.
• We funded a groundbreaking study in Glacier, aimed at unraveling the complexities of the relationship between the whitebark pine and Clark's nutcracker.
• The Going Batty Field Trip shared an insider’s perspective on protecting Glacier's bats from white-nose syndrome.
• Glacier's Wilderness Rangers and Scientists monitored mercury contamination using dragonfly larvae.
• Wilderness Rangers restored wilderness character in Glacier's backcountry by removing an old outhouse from a popular campground.

We're looking for a Merchandising Assistant to join our passionate team!

This position supports the Buyer and Merchandising Lead in planning and executing the assortment of products for our four Park Store locations. The seasonal nature of our work creates distinctive annual cycles of planning and operations. During the busy summer season, this position serves as an important liaison between the stores, warehouse, and office. During the winter season, this position plans assortments and creates store planograms. By helping to maximize retail sales, this position plays a critical role in fulfilling our mission to preserve and protect Glacier National Park.
