Every community in Pennsylvania — rural, urban, and suburban alike — has a main street. A place to gather with friends, go out to dinner with family, shop on the weekends, and spend time with your neighbors.

Pennsylvania’s main streets are part of the very fabric of our Commonwealth. That’s why we’ve invested in them from day one to make sure they can be enjoyed for generations to come.

Under my leadership, Democrats and Republicans worked together to invest $20 million in our downtowns and main streets, cut taxes for small businesses, and expand economic opportunities to every corner of Pennsylvania.

Look, Pennsylvania is the only state in the nation with a divided legislature. But that hasn’t stopped us from delivering real relief to the folks who need it most. Time and time again, we’ve shown the nation how we can put our differences aside, work together, and get real things done.

We’ve created good-paying jobs in communities big and small. We’ve cut taxes more than four times. And we’ve protected the fundamental freedoms of every Pennsylvanian.

After all, it doesn’t help anyone when our government gets stuck in the mud. We know that blind partisanship and political games only slow down progress. That’s why, as your Governor, I’ve fought for common-sense, bipartisan solutions that make a positive difference in the lives of millions of Pennsylvanians.
