With Trump taking office later this month, it’s no surprise Republicans are feeling emboldened to gain even more ground in 2026. But, we’ve defied the odds and won re-election in a historically red district and a top target by national Republicans. I know we can build the foundation to do so again.

But I can’t take my eyes off my work in Congress. As I work to make progress on the issues that matter most to us, from protecting reproductive access nationwide to expanding access to affordable healthcare, I’ll also be working to fight back and protect our democracy.
