Summary: DHS will not implement the LTSS Improvement Tools into the revised MnCHOICES application.

Audience: People who receive personal care assistance (PCA), Consumer Support Grant (CSG) and CFSS services, families, providers, lead agencies and other interested parties

Summary: DHS began the transition from PCA and CSG to CFSS on Oct. 1, 2024. We will provide regular updates early in the transition.

Summary: The Senior LinkAge Line provides services and supports statewide to older Minnesotans and their caregivers. However, there are some things lead agencies must do that the Senior LinkAge Line cannot.
