Every four years after a presidential election, the Delaware Democratic Party reorganizes from the ground up, and 2025 is our year to refresh and strengthen our local party infrastructure.

Starting in early 2025, all our local district committees will hold reorganization meetings. The terms of all of our current committee members will end and their seats will be opened up for reelection. These are key grassroots organizing positions that any registered Democrat can fill.

Later in 2025, each County Party will hold its own Conventions, where they’ll elect their leadership. The Reorganization process culminates in the Democratic State Convention on June 21, 2025. This entire process determines the leadership and structure of our Party at every level for the next four years. It is also one of the best ways to get engaged with the Democratic Party.
