Child Care Refundable Tax Credit FAQs have been updated.
Reminder: Parents and legal guardians can now file the Child Care Refundable Tax Credit Application in eDASH to reserve this tax credit. Taxpayers must apply for the tax credit and receive approval from the Nebraska Department of Revenue prior to claiming the refundable credit on their 2024 Nebraska income tax returns.
