San Diego residents need truly affordable housing in every neighborhood. The state density bonus law is a step in the right direction but not when abused. We are united in opposing this project’s exploitive interpretations as we pursue our City’s pro-housing goals.

LET'S CLEAR THE AIR

The excessive number of fireworks over Mission Bay is a recurring concern for San Diego residents and their pets. I am working with City Departments and SeaWorld to balance community complaints, maintain tradition, and protect the bay's ecological health.

BECOME A BOARD MEMBER

New year, new opportunities! Kick off 2025 by volunteering for one of the City’s boards and commissions. They play an important role in guiding San Diego’s policies, regulations, and priorities. With nearly 50 boards and commissions, there are numerous opportunities for residents to contribute their skills and perspectives to a range of areas.

At the neighborhood level, membership in your local community planning groups can be an influential and impactful way to make your voice heard and to help determine your community's future. In District 1, Torrey Pines Community Planning Board (TPCPB) is seeking candidates to fill seven open board seats at its March 20th, annual election. Their deadline for submission is Monday, February 17th. You can apply here.
