Fellow activist,
We hope you had a happy holiday season! Thanks to your support, we are ready to hit the ground running this month, and we have BIG plans to continue our mission to move Pennsylvania forward.
Here is a look at our goals for the new year:
✅ Continue to assist eligible Pennsylvanians in registering to vote and provide civic education on the issues that matter. Since 2021, NPPEF, alongside the affiliated New Pennsylvania Project, assisted 48,000 Pennsylvanians in registering to vote and worked to mobilize voters to ensure their voices were heard. With what’s at stake this year, we cannot afford to lose momentum. We will continue to conduct year-round voter engagement efforts across the Commonwealth, centering Black, Indigenous, and other people of color, immigrant communities and the youth.
✅ Engage and mobilize voters in local, municipal, and judicial elections. This year, voters will be tasked with electing local, municipal and judicial positions, including judges in partisan elections and participating in nonpartisan judicial retention elections. This includes three PA Supreme Court seats, one on the Commonwealth Court and one on the Superior Court.
✅ Prepare to defend against attacks on voting rights. Attacks on voters will only continue in 2025. We must be prepared to go on the offensive and defend voting rights by pushing for a PA Voting Rights Act (VRA). A state VRA would ensure protections for historically disenfranchised communities who have been underrepresented and underserved in the Commonwealth throughout history.
As we enter another critical election year in PA, we must continue to engage and mobilize voters to turn out and lift up the power of their voices. There will be a lot of obstacles ahead, but together, we can continue to move the Commonwealth forward. Will you help us fund our 2025 field programs by pitching in $25 or more today?

As we get back into the swing of it, we are thankful to have you by our side.
In this together,
Team NPPEF
The New PA Project Education Fund (NPPEF) is a non-partisan organization led by community leaders across the Commonwealth dedicated to centering underrepresented and underserved communities to embrace their power. NPPEF ensures full participation in the democratic process through civic education and year-round engagement by centering Black, Indigenous, and other people of color, immigrant communities and the youth - with intention - as they are the least represented and most impacted by decisions our government is making.
