Justice Democrats

The priorities of our country’s leaders are completely out of whack, John, and every day, working-class people are paying the price.

The United States saw an 18.1% increase in homelessness last year, with more than 770,000 people across the nation considered homeless.

Former Justice Democrats’ Rep. Cori Bush rightly pointed out the hypocrisy of our government constantly claiming we lack the resources to ensure every person has food on the table and a roof over their head, yet we somehow always have enough money for the military, including billions of dollars in aid and arms sales for Israel to carry out genocide.

Tweet from Cori Bush: Our government will always find more money for endless war, while year after year the number of people experiencing homelessness in the United States is skyrocketing. Don’t tell me we don’t have the resources to end the unhoused crisis.

This is what happens when the majority of our elected officials are bought and paid for by billionaire donors and corporate interests who will always put war and profits over people.

Democrats must set their priorities straight. It’s time for the Party to separate itself from the billionaire class and re-align with working people, and that means sending more working-class candidates to represent us in Congress.

Help us find and support progressive candidates from working-class backgrounds to challenge out-of-touch, establishment Democrats in the 2026 midterm elections: pitch in any amount you can afford today.
