Distributor Returns due January 21
Your December return and payment for Cigarette Tax or Tobacco Tax are due January 21.
Remember that you can file your return and pay any tax due electronically through e-Services [ [link removed] ].
2025 Cigarette Tax Rates
The Sales Tax on cigarettes is now *78.6* cents per pack of 20 cigarettes. Updated Cigarette Tax forms will be available on our website after January 15. Use the updated forms when you file your January return, due February 18.
Stamp Color Change
We've updated the stamp color on regular 20 rolls. We’re shipping the new purple and tan stamps with current orders. We plan to update colors on the regular 20 pads as our inventory is depleted, but do not plan to change colors on native stamps at this time.
