I hope that you and your loved ones are safe and supported during this
difficult time. This has been a devastating week for so many of our
friends, neighbors, and loved ones in Los Angeles who have been
impacted by the wildfires.

Children's Hospital Los Angeles is open and operating normally.
But we know that many of our dedicated team members, patients, and
their families have been directly affected by the wildfires, including
some who have lost their homes and many who have had to evacuate.

To support members of our community as they rebuild and recover from
the impact of the fires, Children's Hospital Los Angeles has set
up a Wildfire Recovery Fund. I am writing to let you know that if you
are in a position to donate, your support is urgently needed.

and patient families, including:

* Clothing
* Temporary and long-term housing
* Child care
* Emotional support
