As I prepare to transition from representing Alabama's 2nd Congressional District to the 1st, I want to take a moment to reflect on what we have accomplished together over the past year:

Constituent Services: It has been an honor to serve you. My office resolved over 5,684 cases, returning more than $13 million to constituents through diligent casework. Each success story has reinforced my belief in the importance of public service and our commitment to helping those in need.
Legislative Efforts: I co-sponsored 414 pieces of legislation and introduced 22 bills aimed at addressing critical issues affecting our community. Your voices have shaped my work, and I am proud of what we have achieved together.
Community Engagement: Team Moore held over 300 mobile office hours across our district, ensuring that my team was accessible to you when you needed assistance. Additionally, we welcomed constituents through 148 Capitol tours, allowing you to see firsthand how your government operates.
Support for Local Initiatives: Through grant letters of support, we secured nearly $7 million for various projects that will improve our communities and improve lives.

Throughout this Congress, House Republicans have worked diligently to hold the Biden Administration accountable and address the concerns of the American people.

Here are some of our key achievements:

1,028 hearings held to investigate various issues.
985 testimonies from Biden officials before Congress.
1,557 oversight letters sent to ensure transparency and accountability.
117 subpoenas issued to investigate misconduct.

These efforts reflect our commitment to restoring integrity in government and ensuring that your voices are heard.

Although my time has been dedicated to serving you both in Washington, D.C., and in the district, I take pride in staying connected with our communities. I attended regular meetings with local elected officials and traveled throughout the district to meet with county commissioners and other leaders. These visits allowed me to hear firsthand about the needs and aspirations of our community.

I also had the opportunity to tour several small businesses, manufacturing facilities, and healthcare centers to gain insights into their operations and how I can better support them through my work in Congress. Engaging with constituents is something I truly value; this year, my team and I participated in numerous events such as community forums, business gatherings, and local celebrations. These experiences have deepened my connection to you and reinforced my commitment to serving Alabama effectively.

As I prepare for this transition, I feel deep gratitude mixed with sadness in leaving behind the incredible communities in Conecuh, Crenshaw, Elmore, Pike, Butler, Bullock, Montgomery, and Barbour Counties in Alabama-02. The relationships I've built here are invaluable, and I am thankful for your trust and support throughout this journey. Each interaction has enriched my experience as your representative.

I am ready to get to work alongside President Trump in implementing his Agenda 47 to address critical issues facing our nation and restore America's strength and prosperity.

Some key issues I look forward to supporting include:

Securing the Border: Securing the border by building the wall, stopping illegal crossings, and protecting American communities from unauthorized entry.
Education Reform: I am proud that my efforts to abolish the Department of Education align with President Trump's vision to return control of education to states and local communities. We will work to end federal funding for schools teaching critical race theory or inappropriate content, and empower parents with universal school choice.
Enhancing National Security: Restoring peace in Europe and the Middle East and implementing policies that improve our national security.
Securing Our Elections: Implementing measures to secure our voting process, such as voter ID, paper ballots, and proof of citizenship to ensure the integrity of our democratic process.
Strengthening Our Economy: Supporting large tax cuts for workers, ending inflation, and transforming the United States into a manufacturing superpower.
Protecting American Values: Defending our Constitution, Bill of Rights, and fundamental freedoms, including freedom of speech, freedom of religion, and the right to keep and bear arms.
Energy Independence: Making America the dominant energy producer in the world by ending Biden's Green New Deal policies, restoring drilling permits and leases, and rebuilding the Strategic Petroleum Reserve.

I am committed to working tirelessly to advance these priorities and ensure that the needs of our nation are met. Together, we can build a brighter future for America that puts our citizens first and restores our country's greatness.
