Summary: CMS approved DHS’ waiver amendment package for the Brain Injury (BI), Community Alternative Care (CAC), Community Access for Disability Inclusion (CADI) and Developmental Disabilities (DD) waivers.

Summary: DHS invites qualified licensed professionals with customer service and teamwork skills to apply for the EPRC.

Summary: DHS made clarifying updates to the DWRS compensation threshold policy page and frequently asked questions page. Beginning Jan. 1, 2025, home and community-based services (HCBS) provider organizations are required to spend a specified percentage of their DWRS revenues to compensate direct care staff. DHS will use data collected from the DWRS cost reporting system to confirm HCBS provider organizations’ adherence to this required compensation threshold policy.
