2025 is not an off-year. Voters have already gone to the polls in Virginia, deciding the legislative majority in both chambers. Still ahead this year, we have a critical supreme court race in Wisconsin and three state supreme court seats up in Pennsylvania.

With a second Trump administration and a Republican-led government assuming power, we need to be prepared for ongoing gerrymandering attempts and other open threats to democracy.
