Friend,
We just
filed a new legal brief in the en banc rehearing of Young v.
Hawaii in support of the right to bear arms.
This
important case has the potential to establish a new court precedent IN
FAVOR OF carry rights nationwide.
Indeed, here's how our Legal Team
recently characterized the case and its implications:
The issue before the en banc
Young court is whether the Second Amendment
protects the right of law-abiding citizens to openly carry firearms
outside the home. In 2016, an en banc panel of the Ninth Circuit held
that the Second Amendment does not protect the right to carry a
concealed firearm. Thus, a three-judge panel in 2018 held that the
Second Amendment’s right to bear arms must protect the right to openly
carry a firearm. An en banc panel of the court will now reconsider the
open carry issue.
CGF is committed to doing
everything in our power to restore your fundamental right to keep and
BEAR arms.

filing here. And, if you wish, you can also support
critical pro-gun litigation by making a contribution.
Sincerely,
