Subject: Urgent follow-up RE: CGF ammo brief

This Tuesday, we emailed you with a critical update in Rhode v. Becerra. However, we have not heard back.

That's why we're emailing you again, to implore you to support this critical legal action. 

As you know, CGF was unable to meet our original target for this pro-gun amicus brief. 

That's why we requested - and were granted - a brief extension of the fundraising deadline.

However, our FINAL deadline for this critical brief is July 16. And we cannot do this without you.

Friend, if you want to retain your ability to purchase ammo in California, then you need to stand with us now. 

As many as 16 state AGs have filed their own brief supporting Newsom's latest ammo restrictions. 

And if background checks on ammo are allowed to stand, it could lay the groundwork for even more draconian restrictions on your right to purchase ammunition.
