The other night I got a text message from my dad. I admit I haven't been great about responding to texts lately (just a little busy), but this one broke through.
He texted to tell me he just finished a phone banking shift and heard a ton of support on his calls. That evening, my dad was just one of the dozens of people making tens of thousands of calls. He is just one of the thousands of people who have donated, canvassed, called, or texted voters about this campaign.
That text was a moment for me to reflect on how we’ve brought individuals from across this state and country together to build a fantastic team. And it was a reminder to keep the foot on the gas through Tuesday night.
We need your help to do that. Every call, text, sign, and piece of literature costs us. To reach every voter by September 15th we need $17,500.
