Judge Benitez just SHUT DOWN the State's request to have part of our case thrown out, denying their partial Motion to Dismiss.
Judge Benitez's order said regarding the ban:
"If ever the existence of a state statute had a chilling effect on the exercise of a constitutional right, this is it."
This latest decision not only sets California back, Friend; it potentially signals good things regarding the case's outcome.
