First and foremost, John, please know this:

While we ask for money often, I never take your generous support for granted. I am grateful for every single donor and every single contribution.

I know families across the country are struggling to stay afloat, especially during this pandemic. They're afraid of losing health care at the worst possible time and are forced to choose between paying medical bills and putting food on the table.
