We just wrapped up Day 1 of the?Miller v. Becerra?hearing at the federal district courthouse in San Diego.



We'll cut right to the chase, as many of you have been asking for updates on social media. Today's evidentiary hearing went very well.



Tomorrow, there will be a short scheduling conference. Seven witnesses remain, and the hearing will continue.?



From there, the hearing will hopefully conclude toward the end of this week.?



It has been our distinct honor and privilege to argue on your behalf for repeal of California's unconstitutional ban on so-called "Assault Weapons."



CGF?will continue to keep you posted throughout the hearing, and we hope to have more news to share with you soon.
